Leveraged our Leading Change Projects program to develop an existing project team to adopt an agile approach. This new approach allowed the team to deliver projects on time AND enroll key stakeholders in to ensure that the sustainable organizational changes were put in place, supported and leveraged by the stakeholders.

Used the Results Accelerator tool to accompany leaders to do a deep dive into their beliefs, expectations, assumptions and perceptions, in order to uncover their strengths, full self, motivators and values, in order to find better fulfillment in how they take out their professional lives.
