Overview

Created and facilitated an Appreciative Inquiry process that included all internal and external stakeholders to transform the department from operational to Collaborating to be the Best FOR the World. As a result of this work, the Department created a new vision tightly connected to the University’s new mission, a structure to enact the mission and new ways of working that were foundational to the collaborative culture that was central to success.

Overview

Created a Corporate Coaching Program where 49 managers and executives were nominated to participate in a 1-year developmental program to improve their leadership skills and contribute to a culture of accountability, through one-on-on Executive coaching.
