Leading Teams
“A distinctive feature of successful teams is a winning attitude. A positive team attitude occurs when each member is recognized by others as a valuable contributor in their own right, and there is both mutual respect and a shared commitment to obtaining the same outcomes – this is at the heart of our teaming processes”
